Wonder of Wonders...

Tonight, at the late..or maybe early...hour of 12:23 a.m., I am unable to sleep due to the wonderful happenings of the last few days. among other things:
  • Our Science O teams, junior and senior high, made it to state!! A huge long post elaborating on this shall be forthcoming.
  • I had the opportunity to sleeeeeeeeeeeeep again!! this is significant for reasons that shall be told in the huge long forthcoming post.
  • I got an email from mrs miskinvich, giving a whole bunch of details about Africa for this summer, if all goes well.
  • I have oodles of homework, but I'm not stressed out about it for some unknown reason...prolly due to relief that Regionals are over, and life in general just seems more managable again.
  • Doug, whom I haven't updated about in like, two months, is doing incredibly well. He went thru his BMT with flying colors, and was blessed to return home far earlier than expected. All the prayers were greatly appreciated, and hopefully will continue to come!!
  • My wonder of wonders and miracle of miracles has, this very night, worked out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never in a million years thought this could happen. It doesn't seem real. Who knows how this is all going to end up, but for right now, we're all gonna live happily ever after.

Needless to say, I'm pretty excited. I fully intend to have good dreams tonight.

Tragedy

I have tragic news this late night hour. It seems that my beautiful Betta fish named Pedro has passed away sometime during today. Details about the death are sketchy, but he is no longer with us. I'm very sad at his loss, though I am glad I don't have to worry about cleaning his tank anymore. He was a wonderful fish, given me for a birthday present last May, as some of you may remember. He shall be missed. Flowers and condolences can be sent to school...I'm there endlessly lately anyway!!

Ponderation

Two people have the exact same reaction to something. Do great minds think alike? or is it fools seldom differ?

Much Confusion

So, if someone tells me theoretically that she meant it figuratively, but in a literal sense, should I be confused?

Good Call

The moral of the story of the fox, the crow, and the cheese is don't talk with your mouth full.
